Sketchtravel big bound !

Dear Sketchtravellers,
Get all ready for Sketchtravel's big bound in 2008: "Sketchtravel Story", a filmed documentary about the Sketchtravel adventure! Catherine Bonvalot and Eskil Roekke have started to work on the project two months ago, and hope to start filming in the first half of 2008.

Catherine.Bonvalot is a French director and producer, who just spent three years in Wellington, New-Zealand, where she directed a few short movies, including "Man 2.0". Catherine also worked in the e-learning and the video games industry. She is now back in France, set up her own production company, OWLS Productions, and will spent most of her energy on "Sketchtravel Story" in 2008. She already started to visit French artists at their studios in Paris and has just launched the pre-production. Catherine will produce and direct "Sketchtravel Story".

Eskil Roekke is the Managing Director of Faun Media, a Norwegian production company working mainly in the National History genre. In the later years he has won several awards for his work as a Film Photographer. At present time, Eskil and Faun Media is involved in several national and International projects that vary from children's TV to documentaries following International researches in their fight to save the world from global warming. Eskil will co-produce and film "Sketchtravel Story".

Here are a few words from Catherine to introduce the project. She will regularly update us on the documentary's status and might show us early peaks…
Daisuke and I are thrilled that Sketchtravel success draws such attention. We will make sure Catherine and Eskil get an easy access to each artist, and we hope you'll all welcome them!
