The famous Carter Goodrich, meeting Bill Presing at Pixar's studio. Carter Goodrich is one of the most talented character designer ("Despicable Me","Ratatouille", "The Prince of Egypt", "Open Season", "Monster,Inc" , "Finding nemo"to name a few). He is also a children book artist (I suggest you to get this and this) and the incontrovertible New-Yorker cover artist (write his name in this page and check all his covers).
