1. Society of Illustrators Award…..
" Igloo Head and Tree Head "story by Scott Campbell who recently participated to the Sketchtravel experience, received a silver medal in the sequential category from the Society of Illustrators. And Cliff Ogres has been accepted into the book illustration category. This is for the 50th annual exhibition in New York, which will be in January and February sometime.
2. Art Auction in Portland… this Saturday
Scott donated a couple things to an auction in Portland this Saturday. A mummy painting and one of my “Pyramid Car” comics.. which he doesn’t really have anymore of. So they’re all rare and worth 5 gold bars on ebay.
